masterful musicality and his vast knowledge of traditional Ugandan dance and
music have taken him from the clubs of Kampala
to the grand Philharmonic in Berlin
and beyond!
The musical traditions of the Baganda people of Uganda live through Albert as he
fuses the traditional music with jazz, funk and reggae to form the new sound of
Ugandan music.
SSempeke plays a variety of traditional Ugandan musical instruments such as Xylophone,
Tub fiddle, ham piano, flute and different types of percussion ,is an educator
in the filed of Ugandan traditional music and has traveled the
world to play with a wide range of musicians.
